Durante mi TRAYECTORIA en el jardín botánico, he llevado a cabo la gestión y proyección de todo el arbolado joven en la ciudad de Bogotá, logrando ubicar más de 5000 árboles nuevos para su plantación en diferentes zonas de la ciudad. Esto ha implicado trabajar en conjunto con otras entidades del distrito y en ocasiones con la alcaldía mayor de Bogotá, así como también, acompañar el trazado para la correcta ubicación de los árboles en campo. En este tiempo, he adquirido un amplio conocimiento sobre arbolado, diferentes especies, los diferentes climas de la ciudad de Bogotá y he aprendido mucho sobre la naturaleza. Estoy comprometido en seguir contribuyendo a la mejora de la calidad de vida en la ciudad, a través del cuidado y protección del medio ambiente.
Throughout my CAREER at the botanical garden, I have carried out the management and projection of all the young trees in the city of Bogotá, managing to locate more than 5000 new trees for planting in different areas of the city. This has involved working together with other entities of the district and sometimes with the mayor's office of Bogotá, as well as accompanying the layout for the correct placement of trees in the field. During this time, I have acquired extensive knowledge about trees, different species, the different climates of the city of Bogotá, and have learned a lot about nature. I am committed to continuing to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life in the city through the care and protection of the environment.

Dentro de mis labores en el Jardín Botánico, también he participado en la elaboración de jardines en la ciudad de Bogotá, asegurándome de que cumplan con los parámetros establecidos. En colaboración con otras entidades, hemos trabajado en la creación de jardines de diferentes escalas en parques vecinales y de bolsillo. Además, he colaborado en la elaboración del diseño y selección de especies para el proyecto de la Plaza España. Durante este tiempo, he aprendido a seleccionar las especies adecuadas y he descubierto la gran variedad de especies de jardinería que existen en la ciudad de Bogotá. Estoy motivado en continuar trabajando para mejorar los espacios verdes en la ciudad y promover una cultura de cuidado del medio ambiente.
Within my duties at the Botanical Garden, I have also been involved in the creation of gardens in the city of Bogotá, ensuring that they meet established standards. In collaboration with other entities, we have worked on creating gardens of different scales in neighborhood and pocket parks. Additionally, I have collaborated on the design and selection of species for the Plaza España project. During this time, I have learned how to select the appropriate species and have discovered the great variety of gardening species that exist in the city of Bogotá. I am motivated to continue working to improve green spaces in the city and promote a culture of environmental care.
